Reset a Forgotten Passcode

You use your "Passcode" for accessing webCentral.du.edu or the secure area of myWeb.du.edu . Passcodes can be changed on myWeb .

If you have forgotten your passcode, you must contact a HelpCenter Consultant via phone at 303.871.4700 during regular business hours.  For security reasons, passcode changes cannot be facilitated via email.

Upon calling the UTS HelpCenter, you will be asked to verify personal information including your Social Security or DU ID number.

If you remember your old passcode and simply need to change it, just visit myWeb .
