Reset a Forgotten Passcode

If you have forgotten your WebCentral passcode, you must contact a HelpCenter Consultant via phone at 303.871.4700 during regular business hours for identity verification purposes. For security reasons, passcode changes cannot be facilitated via email.

Upon calling the UTS HelpCenter, you will be asked to verify personal information including your partial Social Security number or date of birth. If you are student and do not know your DU ID, please contact the Registrar's Office. If you are an employee and do not know your DU ID, please contact Human Resources.

If you remember your old passcode and simply need to change it, just visit WebCentral > My Account > Passcode.
