Faculty and Staff Support
If you require assistance with a desktop computer or are otherwise unable to bring your computer to the UTS Help Center, options for scheduling an on-site service call are available. To set up an appointment, please call the UTS Help Center at 303.871.4700 or submit an online support request.
Students, Faculty, and Staff may bring their laptops directly to the UTS Help Center, located on the main floor of the Anderson Academic Commons for immediate support. Hours for walk-in laptop assistance can be found here.

The University of Denver supports a limited range of handheld devices for faculty and staff. We are in the process of creating guides both for purchasing and setting up iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices. For general inquiries and support, please visit our handheld support page or fill out an online support request.
Please note that as of June 30, 2013, UTS support for Blackberry devices has been discontinued.
