UTS will send a technician to your office to assist with desktop software/hardware or printing issues you might have. To set up an appointment, please call the UTS Help Desk at 303.871.4700 or send us a support request.
Faculty and Staff may bring their laptops directly to the UTS Help Center, located on the main floor of Anderson Academic Commons at 2150 E. Evans Ave. Hours for laptop assistance are Monday - Thursday 8 am - 10 pm, Friday 8 am - 8pm, Saturday 9 am - 8 pm, and Sunday 10 am - 10 pm.
The University of Denver supports a limited range of handheld devices for faculty and staff. We are in the process of creating guides both for purchasing and setting up your PDA, Pocket PC or Smartphone. For general inquiry and support, please visit our handheld support page.
