Welcome to the UTS Computer Help Center. Our Help Center includes phone, email, online and walk-in computer support for all faculty, staff and students at the University of Denver. The UTS Computer Help Center is housed at the University Technology Services Building.

About Our Support:

The UTS Help Desk provides laptop support for the following:
The UTS Help Desk DOES NOT provide support for:
  • International (non-English) versions of Windows Operating Systems
  • Specialized 3rd party software applications such as iTunes, Limewire, Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, , etc.), Scientific Notebook, MegaStat, SPSS, etc
  • Counterfeit/pirated software
  • Web development or software programming/development
  • Data recovery, or resurrection of deleted documents
  • Data backup

The UTS Computer Help Center is housed at the University Technology Services building located at 2100 S High St, SE corner with E Evans Ave.
