Students can receive assistance with laptop problems any time the UTS Help Center is open at 2150 E. Evans Ave (Anderson Academic Commons). No appointment is required, and all walk-in assistance is first come, first serve. Please make sure you bring your power supply and all original system discs to ensure a more speedy resolution.
Windows Troubleshooting and support is provided for Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10. Mac troubleshooting and support is provided for 10.8.5 and above. Microsoft Office products (for Windows and Mac) are supported. UTS will NOT perform data recovery and hardware repairs.
