Students can receive assistance with laptop problems any time the UTS Help Center is open at 2100 S High St (SE corner with Evans). No appointment is required, and all walk-in assistance is first come, first serve. Please make sure you bring your power supply and all original system discs to ensure a more speedy resolution.
Troubleshooting and support is provided for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, Mac OS 10.5 and 10.6, and Microsoft Office products. UTS will NOT perform data recovery and hardware repairs.
