UTS Web Technology Requests

These forms cover all requests related to official Web sites on the www.du.edu server. If you need to access your personal Web site, please call the UTS helpdesk (303-871-4700) or visit "Connecting to Your mysite.du.edu Site" for basic instructions.

Please select a form:

  • Change Access Permissions: request to be a web site editor of a departmental or organizational web site
  • New Web Space: request an url for a department or organization
  • Personal Web Space: request personal web space at mysite.du.edu
  • Web Site Support: if you are having any connection issues, problems editing, or have a question for the webteam
  • Other Applications: DU Campus Calendars(WebEvent), DU Google Analytics, DU Google Search Appliance, Passcodes/Account Access, WebCentral and Other Applications.
