DU Career Services

Networking and Events

February 16, 2016 | 5-6:30 p.m.
Driscoll Student Center

Sponsored by Career Services and Student Activities

DU student organizations host tables and employers circulate the room to share information about their job and internship opportunities with you.

Employers are looking for the skills you're developing in your student organization. Practice talking to them about your experience in:

Membership development
Event planning

Last year was a great success, and we learned a lot to make this year even better: more employers, employers circulating the whole time to all tables, no speaker, and more time. We will again be sending out a video to help you prepare for talking with employers.

Sign your student org up through OrgSync. Register 3-10 people and recruit your members for this special event to help them build a successful future!

CASH PRIZES: As if getting advice and potentially meeting your next employer wasn't incentive enough, we will be drawing three org names to win money for your budget! Prizes of $50, $100, and $150 will awarded at the end of the RCF.

Questions? Contact Julia Nelson.

"I would like to thank the Career Services for putting on the reverse career fair as I truly think it helped in the job/internship process. Being able to talk to employers the next day after meeting them at this event definitely helped!"

--Lauren Jones, International Studies, class of 2016

"This was a great networking event to attend with your organization. You get to learn more about each other, all while networking with well known companies."

--Constantine Johns, Pioneer Ambassadors President
