Welcome to our 23rd annual Summit! Each year we kick off our collective thinking by centering our attention on a DEI theme. This year, the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion asks you to join us in “Persisting for Justice.”
This year we will be thinking about the layered and multifaceted reality of working for justice. From the environment to education, from access to equitable healthcare to creating spaces of inclusion across religion and spirituality, our panelists and moderators will provide the DU community with considered context, critical reflection, and nuanced evaluation of some of the most pressing matters of our time. Our hope is that through conversation and community we will seek our collective action in persisting for justice.
The Summit Event Schedule and Registration
Whether the session by in-person or virtual, we ask that you register for each event. Over the course of three days, there are a variety of panel and presentation offerings.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the Diversity Summit at the University of Denver harnesses the connective potential of our experiences, personal realities, and learnings, forging a path forward beyond diversity through concerted, meaningful, and combined efforts.
The Summit 2022
To promote the 22nd year of The Summit (formerly The Diversity Summit) at the University of Denver. This will kick off a year of DEI and expound upon the theme of Justice in Action.
