DU Research & Scholarship Showcase

2019 DU Research & Scholarship Showcase - May 8, 2019

2019 Save the Date

The University of Denver welcomes DU community members to attend the first annual DU Research & Scholarship Showcase -- an event that showcases the exemplary scholarship of the University's graduate and undergraduate students. Previously separate events, the Undergraduate Research and Scholarship Symposium and Graduate DURAPS Research Symposium are proud to present this new collaborative event as an embodiment of the DU IMPACT 2025 initiative to create ONE DU. Students from all disciplines are invited to participate in the Showcase. The Undergraduate Research Center (URC), the Office of Research and Graduate Education, and the Interdisciplinary Research Institute for the Study of (In)Equality (IRISE) will be collaborating with the Center for Community Engagement to advance Scholarship & Learning (CCESL) to broaden the scope of the scholarship represented at the Showcase. Career and Professional Development and the Writing Center will join us to host workshops on how to write a research abstract and how to create a poster presentation. Special thanks to the DU Advancement team for their efforts to engage alumni, interested employers, and community members to participate as judges and attendees this year.

Additional information for students who will be presenting at the Showcase can be found in the Presenters, Abstract, and Posters sections on the left side of this page.
