Great news!

The University of Denver was recently named a Bicycle Friendly University by the League of American Bicyclists.

Biking

Biking to work and around town is a great way to combine your daily exercise with your commute. You can take your bike on the light rail and buses. Several Denver bike routes pass close by DU making for a safe and smooth ride to work or wherever you need to go.

Denver B-cycle. If you do not own a bike, the University of Denver has a B-cycle station on campus - on the Driscoll Lawn, outside of Sturm - where you can rent a bike. 160 annual B-Cycle memberships are currently available at the DU Transportation Center, along with the most recent B-Cycle map. They are first-come first-serve and only available in person, so stop by the Transportation Center today! The B-cycles operate from March 1 through November 30, seven days a week between the hours of 5:00 am and 11:00 pm. From 11:00 pm to 5:00 am, members will be unable to check out bikes from the stations but will be able to return bikes to any station.
