Comments:
This was the kick-off event for Professional Development Year, coordinated
by Karen Anderson, Director of Provost's Development Programs. Following
were monthly "brown bag" luncheon presentations and a mentoring program
for employees to share in small groups throughout the year. Plans for
the Mentoring Program were introduced by the two women who conceptualized
