About the DU Women's Conference

The theme of this year's conference is Women's Voices: The Textures of Our Lives. The conference is partnering with the Women and Girls Lead Initiative produced by Rocky Mountain PBS. To learn more about the initiative, visit http://www.rmpbs.org/.

Robin Morgan Award:

Each year at the conference luncheon, a staff woman is presented with the Robin Morgan Award at the luncheon. The Robin Morgan Award was established in 2001 by S.W.A.N. (Staff Women’s Association and Network) to be awarded to a staff woman who has worked at DU for at least two years and who exemplifies an advocacy for women that goes beyond her job responsibilities. She should be promoting and enhancing the University community by addressing the concerns of women through her own example and her work with other women.
