Researching A "Direct Pay" Transaction

Direct Pay Status:  Need to check the status of your Direct Pay transaction? Has the invoice been processed?  Has the check been printed? You can do all this and more with the FOIDOCH form.  Click here for instructions on how to use this helpful tool.

Request Check Payment Status: Once you have determined that a check exists in the system (using FOIDOCH), you can:

  1. Ask if the check has been cashed
  2. Void and reissue un-cashed checks
  3. Get copies of checks
  4. Have us contact the vendor about a check

This is all accomplished by submitting the Check Research Request Form.  Instructions for use are included on the form.
