Below are key points about obtaining your DU Pioneer ID Card as well as updates regarding ID Office operations.

Do not hole-punch your DU ID Card - the entire card is a computer chip and will cease to function if hole punched, cut, folded, or damaged.

If you have an ID Card but it is not working to help you access buildings, you should

  1. View your Covid Clearance status on MyDU. If your status does not indicate "CLEARED", please email covidcoordinator@du.edu for assistance regarding your Covid Clearance status.
  2. If you are cleared to return to campus as outlined on MyDU but your card does not work, please email cardaccess@du.edu and CC pcard@du.edu for further assistance.

New students, faculty, and staff should submit photos digitally whenever possible. Photo submission instructions can be found here.
