What are the features of this service?
DU Student Success is the platform advisors use to view detailed information about advisees.
DU Success Hub is the public-facing website with different resources available for faculty, staff, and students:
- Students can make academic advising appointments, request help, and see relevant academic information and ticket status for departments who use Salesforce for Case Management (Registrar, UCOL, Languages and Literatures).
- Faculty and Staff can find help articles written by departments who use Salesforce for Case Management or schedule drop-in appointments.
Additional benefits include:
- Advising: complete view of student
- Student Services: complete view of student cases, issues, and requests
- Student Engagement: unify student communications
- Career Advising: complete view of resumes, portfolios, job matching, corporate opportunities, workshops and events, job placement and requirements verification
