PEDS Upgraded to Ultra

The upgrade gives PEDS a more modern look with added functionality allowing a more user friendly environment.
New look and additional functionality:
o A “To Do” list shows the six steps in the PEDS process and indicates your current form
o Add items to the “To Do” list
o Tabs for Development, Company Info, Employee Files, and Reports
What won’t change:
o Navigation within the form
o Entering and editing goals and competencies
o Weighting of job elements
o 6 process steps in 3 phases
o Interaction between supervisor and employee

Please note: when you logon following the upgrade, you will be asked to change your password. Passwords will expire every 180 days, in compliance with the UTS Password/Passcode Policy.
