Each office should have the University of Denver Faculty & Staff Telephone Directory. Inside is complete information on how to use your telephone. Click here for general dialing instructions. All DU phones have an 871 prefix, and each is assigned a number between 871-2000 and 871-7999.
See your DU Telephone Directory for more information on how to use various features such as call forwarding, pick-up groups, callback, placing a call on hold, transferring a call, and conferencing.
Voicemail is an enhanced communications tool that works with your telephone line to allow subscribers to communicate using any touch-tone telephone in the world.
