• Online Registration - (Workplace Law required for supervisors)
Your First Week
New Hire Process
• Meet with manager to review the first week
• Set up assignment schedule for next two weeks
• Review Benefits
• Review Payroll process (includes payroll deductions and direct deposit form)
• Complete benefits enrollment forms
• Complete life insurance beneficiary card
• Complete 403(b) pension paperwork (if applicable)
• Track new employee benefits enrollment- 60 day limit
Orientation
• Meet work area "buddy" (to answer routine questions)
• Set up "Orientation Plan" with manager
Your First Month
Orientation
• Monitor and adjust the Orientation Plan with the manager on a weekly basis
• Meet with manager to discuss the Performance Review and Development System (PRDS) and set performance goals
• Take Admissions tour of the campus (optional)
Transition to Regular Work
• Monitor the assignment schedule on a weekly basis
• Monitor and discuss assignments on a weekly basis
