The following policies describe benefits for non-appointed employees at The University of Denver. We are so glad that you are a part of the University of Denver.... Welcome!The University provides the following benefits to non-appointed staff members. Employment should extend beyond five weeks. • Pioneer ID Card. The following privileges are accessible once employee obtains ID card:
• Campus mail system and campus publications
The non-appointed employee must be active in the Banner administrative system in order to receive these benefits. The employee's department must submit the appropriate paperwork to Payroll to activate employment in Banner. Additionally, the department must also submit an I-9 form to Human Resources and complete the network authorization process (www.du.edu/uts/formsuts.htm) in order to ensure full access to benefits. The employee will become inactive in Banner upon termination of job assignment. Once known, an end date must be entered in the appropriate space on the MBTH to signal the termination of employment.
