The Office of Organizational Effectiveness supports you, your unit, and the University in aligning actions and knowledge to achieve goals. We help you focus intangible assets – people, processes, technology and information – to achieve both individual and organizational goals.

People – Through our Training and Development programs we offer professional development opportunities that focus on strategically relevant learning that will provide DU employees with the knowledge and skills they need to help the University effectively compete in the 21st century educational landscape. There are many online courses available at no cost to DU employees.

Processes – Through our Performance Consulting services, we collaborate with you to map out and identify process improvements that enable you to deliver more value to your stakeholders.

Information and Technology – Through our Performance Consulting services we partner with you to evaluate the usability and performance of your online information and processes. Also, in collaboration with the Business and Finance Advanced Technologies and Information Group (ATIG) we ensure your access to the expertise and creative innovation to ensure the successful implementation of your IT applications.
