One-on-One Employee Advising

Re-alignment Consultations and Advising

The HR Organizational Effectiveness unit provides consultation and coaching services to administrators, managers and supervisors on topics related to re-alignment planning and implementation, such as process articulation and streamlining, workflow design, and unit skill assessments. Employee Assistance Program (Health and Counseling Services)

The Employee Assistance Program is a confidential resource for University of Denver faculty, administrators, and staff. The goal of the Employee Assistance Program is to minimize the effects of personal stress on both a person's life and his or her work.
