Performance Review and Development System (PRDS) The goal of the Performance Management Process at the University of Denver is to ensure that supervisors and employees understand and communicate openly about job performance, goals, and timelines. The Performance Review and Development System (PRDS) is an on-going full-year process framed as a dialogue between the supervisor and the employee. The culmination of the process is an in-depth performance review submitted to Human Resources once each year. The supervisor and employee have equal responsibility to contribute to the performance review process. Both should understand the job responsibilities, the job goals, and related standards against which actual performance will be evaluated. The completion of the PRDS process takes place in two stages: Stage One: Setting Goals and Standards for Performance and Development.More information is available at: http://www.du.edu/hr/employment/prds.html |
