    I am currently the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Enterprise Application Services at Information Technology. I have worked at DU since 2002. I love to forge partnerships and trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and departmental leaders to create innovation and develop process improvements to increase operational efficiency while simultaneously achieving strategic goals, ultimately delivering sustained results.     I am a highly versatile IT professional with extensive experience managing enterprise-scale IT operations, projects, and services in a higher education environment. I also have experience directing implementations and supporting efforts spanning IT infrastructure, networking and communications, educational technology, and information and systems security. I am adept in strategic IT planning and management, with proven success in the development and execution of IT strategies, plans, solutions, roadmaps, and policies. I leverage recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring to build high-performance professional teams.

  • Chase McNamee

    Director, Campaign Operations, Advancement

    Chase comes with a number of past that focus on community building, engagement and connections. He is passionate about connecting with people and building a greater sense of belonging for all at DU. His current work involves managing components of the Strategic Imperatives and overseeing the Community + Values initiative. Chase is also a scholar-practitioner, where he completes research on philanthropy in higher education and organizational studies.

    Assistant Dean of Business & Operations, University College

    My current position as Assistant Dean of Business & Operations at University College affords me the opportunity to deeply understand the diverse business needs of higher education. My professional background includes diverse experiences in corporate, small business, and non-profit sectors, and lends to understanding the unique aspects of each, as it relates to financial and organizational management and operations. It would be my distinct honor to share my experience with colleagues as they navigate their professional careers. On a personal note, as a working mom who raised four children, I understand the challenges of managing a work life balance.

  • Audrey Townsend

    Associate Director, 4-Dimensional Experience, SAIE

    Audrey has worked at DU for almost seven years in a number of different capacities including both staff and adjunct faculty in the Office of Undergraduate Admission, Living and Learning Communities, the Office of Internationalization, and the Office of Student Engagement. She received her master's degree from the Morgridge College of Education and is currently pursuing her doctorate. She is interested in working with newer DU professionals to build a professional community, and excited to grab coffee and assist folks in learning more about the "ins and outs" of DU systems.

  • Tommy Nagle

    Business Officer, Student Affairs & Inclusive Excellence

    I've worked at the University of Denver for about five years now. In my role, I process financials and provide various other types of operational support. Throughout my time here, my position has allowed me to meet and work with a very large variety of other staff members at the university from different units. Personally, I live in Cap Hill with my two-year-old Corgi named Ein. I have a large passion for music and outdoor activity during my time off. I am also an instrument repair tech on the side. Other than that, I love to keep busy and learn new things!

  • Ken Pinnock

    Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, HRIC

    I oversee talent management and development programs for the University of Denver. My current role encompasses designing and delivering development programs for faculty and staff, workforce planning, and organizational development work. My previous work included consulting and working with a variety of organizations on many facets of HR, including strategy, employee relations,
    compensation & benefits, staffing, mediation, and conflict management. I am a frequent conference presenter both locally and nationally and have delivered programs in Canada, the EU, and Asia. I am a faculty member for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). I hold a master's degree in Management from Regis University and am a graduate of the University of Denver's business school with a degree in Business Management. I have also earned the (SHRM-SCP) (SPHR) and (GPHR) professional certifications in the human resources profession.

    Systems Engineer II, IT

    I've worked at DU for about five years, and started with very basic IT knowledge right out of undergrad. Some of the Sys Engineers at the time helped show me the ropes, and that really helped me in my career. I'd love to pay that forward.

    Associate Director, Talent Acquisition & Development, HRIC   

    I have worked at DU since 2014 and have held several roles ranging from enrollment manager, to benefits specialist, to HR Partner. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and have also earned my M.S. in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Denver.
       
    Currently, I oversee the Talent Acquisition team while exercising my passion for career and professional development as the associate director of Talent Acquisition and Development. My tagline is, "I find fulfillment in helping others find fulfillment!"
