Mission Statement
The Staff Women's Association and Network, S.W.A.N., is an organization committed to guiding and assisting the 700 staff women at the University of Denver to achieve their highest potential as employees by means of education, advocacy and acknowledgement, and to providing a safe forum for addressing grievances while maintaining the highest level of support for the University mission.
