Mindfulness and meditation stress reduction workshops
The Wellness Program introduces a new 5 part workshop series: The Feel Good Series. Our first session is March 16th at 11:30am-1pm entitled How to get out of the cycle of outrage, agitation and tension in the current socio-political climate. Click here for more information and to register.
