Wellness works at DU.

The vision of the well@du program is to create a culture of wellness at the University of Denver. The well@du program is focused on proactive and preventative employee health aimed at enhancing individual and community well-being while mitigating health care costs.

 Mindfulness and meditation stress reduction workshops

Free, nine-week series, starting Wednesday, Jan. 11, 12:15-1:45 p.m.—Sturm Hall 281 (Lindsay Auditorium)

Faculty and staff are welcome to attend these workshops, led by Claude d'Estrẻe, professor and Buddhist chaplain at DU. Required reading: Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World, by Mark William and Danny Penman. Please register.
