Based on successful strategies, this 8-week, on-campus, in-person program provides the education, accountability, and support for benefited University employees interested in weight loss and weight management.
A Kaiser Permanente registered dietitian will be on campus once a week to guide individuals as they explore opportunities to improve their health and well-being. Participants will assess factors keeping them at their current weight, as well as learn new strategies to incorporate healthy eating and physical activity into their lifestyle for lasting weight loss.
