Eat Well
Summer is all about eating well at DU. Opportunity abound to focus on fruits and vegetables through participation in the CSA share program, utilization of the Mix it UP software, and on-campus cooking classes for faculty and staff.
Special events and wellness workshops will also be focused on healthy eating and growing your own groceries. An on-campus gardening series (including opportunities to get your hands dirty and sprout a green thumb) also begins in May and will run through the growing season.
