How to Join a Team for Thrive Across America (pdf screenshot instructions)

I was sent an invite, but when I log-in I don't see a place to accept and join the team.
You must register with the same (exact) email address that the team sent your invitation to - at DU this can be tricky because we have several e-mail addresses that end up in one inbox. Check the invitation to see which email it was sent to ( is different than Once you know the address your invite was sent to, simply login to and update your profile with that email address. (Click on "Profile" > Type in a different email address > Click "Update"). Once your email is updated, click "Team" to see if you have any pending invitations under the new email address. Note: The updated email address will be how you log-in from now on.

Another possibility is that the team you were invited to is now full. Teams close when 8 people have joined. Consider creating your own team instead!

I participated last year, do I need to re-register? Is my history saved?
Welcome back! You will need to re-register for the program. Unfortunately, your history from last year could not be saved.

I can't log-in.
If you forgot your password, simply click "Forgot Password?" and your password will be emailed directly to you. If you can't remember what email address you used to register - try out the ones you think you used and if they don't work, email to have that sent to you.

I registered, but need to be removed from the program.
Please log-in and click "Contact" to fill out a form requesting to be removed from the program.
