What is DU Success Hub?
DU Success Hub, implemented in 2025, serves as a one-stop shop platform for undergraduate and graduate academic advising, case management, and appointment scheduling. This software replaces Civitas, FreshDesk, and SARS. Learn more about DU Success Hub here.
Cost and Eligibility:
DU Student Success is the platform advisors use to view detailed information about advisees. This platform is only available for use by staff and faculty with academic advising responsibilities.
DU Success Hub is the public-facing website with different resources available for faculty, staff, and students:
- Students can make academic advising appointments, request help, and see relevant academic information and ticket status for departments who use Salesforce for Case Management (Registrar, UCOL, Languages and Literatures).
- Faculty and Staff can find help articles written by departments who use Salesforce for Case Management or schedule drop-in appointments.
