What is this service? 

Adobe Acrobat is a PDF solution that works across many devices and applications. Connect with your documents, access essential PDF and e-signature tools, and make collaboration on PDF reviews easy.

Who is eligible for this service? 

DU faculty, staff and students may have access to Adobe Acrobat upon request. As of October 1st, 2024, we have moved to request-based Adobe licensing.

Important Note: Even if you have previously had access to these systems, you still need to submit the request form to continue using Adobe products.

DU Staff and Faculty (including adjuncts) must use the Adobe Access Request form to get access to the following apps:

  • Adobe Express
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (desktop PDF management application)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (All Apps)

DU Students automatically have access to Adobe Express. Students must use the Adobe Access Request form to get access to the following apps:

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
  • Adobe Creative Cloud

AI Capabilities:

  • PDF creation and editing
  • Document signing and sharing
  • Conversion to/from other formats
  • Adobe Sensei for automatic form field detection
  • Text recognition (OCR) for scanned documents

How do I start using this service? 

Once your Adobe Access request is submitted and processed, follow these instructions to download and install Creative Cloud.
