Pioneer Careers Online, or PCO, is the student hiring and internship platform used for hiring at DU. The software behind PCO is called 12Twenty and is managed by the department of Career and Professional development. This service allows employers to post internships and open jobs, allowing students to search and apply.

If you are an employer looking to hire students, please go to https://du.12twenty.com/hire and create an account.
Students have automatic access to PCO using https://du.12twenty.com/ with DU credentials.

How do I get training for this service?
The Office of Student Employment provides:

- Supervisor training in creating high impact learning experiences, writing and posting job descriptions, student development, coaching, and the employment lifecycle phases. Supervisor Guide for Supervisors of Student Employees
- Student training in identifying and applying to on-campus positions, orientation to and development in career competencies, goal setting for positions, and employment lifecycle phases.
- Advertisement opportunities in our Student Employment Newsletter and our annual Student Employment Job Fair each fall.
- Human resources support for the employment lifecycle, work guidelines, equity and compliance, and employee relations management.
