The chancellor's staff supports the strategic direction of the chancellor and university through project and event management, communication support and the strengthening of relationships with trustees, students, faculty and staff, as well as other important duties as needed.

Claire (MA, ’01) manages special projects, initiatives and events for the Chancellor’s Office, including overall responsibility for the University’s commencement ceremonies. She provides the executive support to the Board of Trustees and the Chair of the Board. She is the primary point of contact between the campus community and the Board. Claire earned her BA in art history from the University of Vermont and earned her MA in higher education from DU. She has worked in the Chancellor’s Office since 2003, serving four chancellors and six Board chairs.

Allison (BA, '10 and MLS, ‘18) works in partnership with numerous faculty, students and staff across campus to help meet the strategic goals of the chancellor on behalf of the University. She has worked at the University of Denver since 2004, and in the Chancellor’s office since 2015.
