C + V Community Talks: Who Do We Want to Become? A Conversation on What We’ve Experienced & Learned

We want to take you back to mid-March 2020. Denver was on high alert and shutting down. Businesses and schools closed. Events were cancelled. DU suspended on campus operations and went online on March 11th. We needed community more than ever. And so, on March 19th, we held our first C+V webinar and over 250 people Zoomed in. Since then, we’ve had thousands of community members attend our webinars. Experts from within our DU community have led us in thinking and talking about what how we’re experiencing the uncertainty, hardship, and loss, as well as the innovation, celebration, and resilience of the human spirit.

Now, 343 days later, on February 25, we are going to ask a new question and move the conversation from ‘how are we going to get through a health pandemic and a racial pandemic?’ to ‘who do we want to become because of all we’ve experienced and learned?
