Good Morning,

We have an external group hosting a two-day Manager Safety Summit in Craig Hall.

Expected guest count: up to 50 attendees

They are requesting Parking Services to provide:

  • One parking attendant

  • JustPark services for guests to pay for parking 

The same guests will be attending both days, so we will likely only need an attendant on Day 1, while parking access will be needed for both days. Please let me know if this aligns with your process.

Requested attendant coverage:

  • One attendant for 4 hours

  • 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Event dates and times:

  • March 10 & 11

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
