Location: Sturm Hall, CAHSS Student Lounge, room 201

Take a breathing pause with CAHSS during twice-weekly mindfulness sessions led by Michelle Jestice, certified yoga instructor. Occurring every Monday and Tuesday from 1-1:30 p.m. during the spring quarter, sessions will include guided meditation and breath work. All DU students, faculty and staff are welcome, and participants are invited to stay after the session for tea, snacks, journaling and conversation. No experience or equipment is necessary.
