MONTHLY BILLING IS COMING THIS FALL

what's CHANGING
  • One bill at start of term, new charges or credits billed each month on the 1st
    • Due date always 22nd of month
  • New payment options for Quarterly Payment Plans - 2 or 3 payments available
    • Payment Plans always due on the 15th of month
what's NOT
  • Financial Aid disbursement dates
  • Refund disbursement dates
  • DUPay to view real time account balance and make payments
  • Late fees assessed on 1st of every month

Time to sign the annual Financial Responsibility Agreement for 2018-2019

All students at the University of Denver are required to sign a yearly Financial Responsibility Agreement. You will not be permitted to complete registration until you electronically sign this agreement.

To view this hold and complete the agreement, please login to PioneerWeb. Once there, click the Student tab, and navigate to My Statement | Financial Responsibility Agreement .

DUPay

The University of Denver's payment portal, DUPay is used to:

  • Make tuition payments
  • View statements
  • View account detail
  • Set up Authorized Users

Select the Make a Payment tab for information regarding access and setting up Authorized Users.


FERPA (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974) RELEASE

  • Online at PioneerWeb, Student Tab, Student Information, Records/Requests, Release of Student Records


W-9S REQUESTS

  • You may have received an email asking you to complete a W-9S form. By law, the IRS requires the University to request this information from our students. The information will only be used for tax reporting purposes.
  • To update your record simply log into PioneerWeb and go to the Student Tab. The 'Update Social Security/Taxpayer ID Number' link can be found in the Student Information Section.
