The Center for Housing Research and Innovative Solutions advances rigorous, independent, data-driven research to inform housing policy and practice across Colorado.  Working at the intersection of law, real estate, public policy, and social science, the Center studies the regulatory, financial, and market forces shaping housing production, access, and affordability.
