What is Talent@DU (Cornerstone)?

Talent@DU is DU's talent management platform with opportunities for learning and professional development all in one place. Talent@DU uses Cornerstone's platform, one of CUPA-HR's preferred providers for talent management software.

Talent@DU contains the following modules. All of the modules are integrated to provide the best employee experience possible.

• Performance Management System
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Succession Planning
• Compensation

Cost and Eligibility:

All active employees at the University of Denver are eligible to use Talent@DU (Cornerstone) for performance planning at no cost.

Features and Benefits:

• The platform houses training for all benefited and non-benefited faculty and staff, including professional development classes, required training, and 15,000+ LinkedIn Learning courses
• Employees in an appointed benefited position can create professional development plans and job goals
