What is Salesforce?

Salesforce is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that helps to manage customer data and marketing campaigns.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be implemented in 2024 as an enterprise tool for email marketing and marketing automation. This software will replace all email marketing tools used across DU including Anthology, iModules and Regroup.
Salesforce Student Success Hub will be implemented in 2025 as an enterprise tool for advising, case management and appointment scheduling in addition to creating a 360 view of students for various student service offices. This software will replace Civitas, FreshDesk, and SARS.
