Video Creation Studio

The Video Creation Studio, a collaborative project between IT, University College, University Libraries, and the Office of Teaching and Learning, is a professional recording studio that can be used by faculty to create professional, high quality video with the push of one button. This studio, located on the lower level of the Anderson Academic Commons in Room 152, has a straight forward design that will aid instructors in the production of online lectures, welcome videos for courses, dynamic presentation of course content, and demonstration of clinical techniques on camera to enhance the student experience. The room is equipped with a green-screen that allows for added background images or PowerPoint presentations, and can also be used as a rehearsal space for upcoming conference presentations. The studio requires very few technical skills however, if needed, support is available through the Digital Media Center in the Anderson Academic Commons. In addition, The Office of Teaching and Learning will be offering instructional support, creative ideas and best practices for instructional videos by appointment. Faculty and staff can reserve the studio through the 25Live room scheduling website.
