- Support Black Community Initiatives (BCI) on campus
- Assist the Women’s Coalition and the Her DU Confrence
- Responsible for working on the annual Diversity Summit
- Advocate all DEI initiatives on campus including DU Impact 2025, in cultivating an exceptionally diverse, inclusive, equitable, and welcoming community, as well as the DEI Action Plan
