Conflicts of Commitment and Interest
Employees who are deans, directors, and/or officers at the University of Denver are required to complete a questionnaire regarding conflicts of commitment and interest. The board-approved policy can be found here.
Annual conflicts of interests are administered electronically via PioneerWeb and are managed by Enterprise Risk Management. The process for reporting conflicts of interest may be found here.
Deans, directors, and budget officers at the University of Denver are required to complete subcertifications related to financial disclosures for their departments. The board-approved policy and disclosure can be found here.
Annual sub-certifications are administered electronically via PioneerWeb and are managed by the Controller’s Office in conjunction with Internal Audit. The deadline for the completed form is July 31st each year.
