Quality improvement is the backbone to efficiency and innovation within healthcare. It is important to not only understand how to navigate the concepts and frameworks that can be used in healthcare, but also how to lead teams through these improvements and changes. During this webinar, we will discuss what leaders should consider when adopting an improvement framework, and how to get staff bought into quality improvement.
