Dear DU community members,

We would like to share our third progress update on the University of Denver’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Action Plan, which was launched in August 2020 after campus-wide consultation and feedback.

While I am overseeing efforts organized around five impact areas alongside my team members in the division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, we cannot accomplish our goals without all of you and your continued efforts to make DU a welcoming and affirming place for everyone. Thank you to the DU community for your dedication and contributions to this ongoing work.

  • Nov. 1-Dec. 10, 2021 - Another Angle: “Asian-American” Art, Exhibit, Sturm 134
  • Jan. 17, 2022 - Martin Luther King, Jr. event, 4:00-5:30 p.m. MT, Newman Center
  • Mar. 4, 2022 - Her DU conference (hybrid)
  • April 12-14, 2022 - Diversity Summit (hybrid)
