What I do
Kim-Chi Pham is currently a doctoral candidate working towards her PhD in Developmental Psychology. Originally from metro-Detroit, she earned her Psychology BA at Arizona State University before coming to DU. Her research interests centers on how systems of inequality affect individual development. Kim-Chi is passionate about leveraging research to inform equitable policy. And as a grad student, she is deeply committed to collaborating with community partners, particularly those how have been historically excluded, to influence systemic change.
