DISABILITY ACCESS

The Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX is responsible for overseeing the University's anti-discrimination policies and promoting full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and location disability laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Additionally, the Office is responsible for ensuring all University facilities and programs meet all federal, state and local laws regarding equal access for individuals with disabilities.

REPORT CONCERNS 

STUDENT CONCERN ABOUT ACADEMIC ACCOMMODATION

Students who have questions or concerns about their academic accommodation, including any problems requesting or receiving their approved accommodations, should contact Disability Services Program assistance at 303-871-3241.  

EMPLOYEE CONCERN ABOUT WORKPLACE ACCOMMODATION

Faculty and staff who have questions or concerns about their workplace accommodation, should contact the ADA Coordinator, Lloyd Moore, for assistance at 303-871-4284 or [email protected]

PHYSICAL BARRIERS TO ACCESSIBILITY

The Campus Map (select ADA Accessibility button) indicates the locations of accessible paths and entrances for buildings and parking facilities on campus.

The University strives to keep the campus accessible for all individuals, including those with disabilities.  However, if you encounter an accessibility issue or barrier (for example, an inoperable door, elevator problem, blocked pathway, etc.), report the problem to Associate Director of Equal Opportunity, Rufina Hernández, at 303-871-7726 or [email protected].

COMPLAINT OF DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION
