Over the last 60 days, the Division of Marketing & Communications has continued its ongoing web overhaul project, launching two sites before the end of 2019 — Advancement’s Alumni website and the Institute for Human-Animal Connection's site — and beginning work with nine new partners in the new year.

Additionally, in order to comply with General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), a regulation in Europe around data protection and privacy, the University rolled out a Cookie Banner. This is a pop-up that appears when a visitor comes to a website. This was the first of many steps associated with the University’s compliance with federal and global data laws.

The first site launched in 2020 was Colorado Women’s College. Congratulations to Dean Ann Ayers, Associate Dean Magdelana Red and Director Stefanie Carroll.

Our focus remains on creating a more unified experience across our entire digital footprint and on providing an experience that current and prospective faculty, staff, students and their families expect today.
