The Division of Marketing & Communications has continued its ongoing web overhaul project, launching the Center for SustainabilityHR’s Accessibility; the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences’ Anthropology (including Ethnography Lab); the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences’ Anthropology Museum; as well as the highly visited Community + Values site and the GSPP Core & Clinics in the last 30 days. We also worked closely with our campus partners to focus on virtual experiences content, launching several new sections that addressed our new virtual world, including the university’s Virtual Events Hub, UGA’s Unit Virtual Visits, and OGE’s Virtual Visits.

Congratulations to all the teams who have worked so hard to get their sites launched. MarCom’s web team appreciates your partnership on these work efforts.

In addition, the month of April saw the Digital Team launch our web hosting into the Pantheon. With this migration, our sites are already seeing improved site performance, better alignment to unique URL requirements for DU, improvement in our website security and a higher reliability and uptime. Over the next 30 days, our developers will continue to optimize our DevOps environments, focusing on CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery) efforts.
