The Real Estate Development certificates provide the fundamental core competencies you need to engage in either the commercial or residential development process, whether you’re at the beginning of your career or an established professional.

Both certificates provide challenge-driven, practice-based courses associated with the key aspects of property development—market analysis, finance, feasibility, development, entitlement process, investment, property valuation, property management, and the design and construction process. The advanced 6-course certificate includes two electives, allowing students to take a deep dive into the real estate development topics that interest them most.
