Description 1

A Master of Science in real estate and the built environment is offered through the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the Daniels College of Business. The advantage of coming to the Burns School is that you'll see the big picture, overseeing integrated project delivery, with both real estate and property development. That's because the MS REBE is the only real estate and construction program within an accredited business college.

The professors in the Burns School are not only academics. They also have professional certifications in the field and strong connections in the industry.

Description 2

With one of the most active real estate markets and construction areas in the U.S., Denver's an exciting place to learn and launch a career.

Our students have exceptional experiential opportunities; You can team up with developers in the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) projects, enroll in the real estate capital markets class where you'll manage and evaluate assets in the Mueller Real Estate Investment Fund or work on real-world issues in the building industry by designing, building and completing a fully functioning home as part of the Solar Decathlon Build Challenge.
