The evolution of the global scenarios framework is a community-driven process that requires active, in-person dialogue across diverse disciplines and regions. Rather than relying solely on a fixed schedule of independent meetings, the aim is to integrate these critical discussions into the venues where stakeholders are already gathered.

We are currently identifying key international conferences, research forums, and regional summits where the Scenario Evolution Process (SEP) can host dedicated sessions, town halls, or side events. This approach ensures a broad spectrum of experts is reached—from climate modelers to social scientists and policymakers—without adding unnecessary travel burdens.
